Completion of Strategies: To qualify for the money-back guarantee, providers must complete every strategy outlined in the course according to the provided instructions. This requirement ensures that the participant has fully utilised the course content in their marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing Campaign Requirements: For digital marketing strategies, specifically those involving Google AdWords and social media advertising, there are additional conditions:
Submission of Marketing Plan: Participants requesting a refund must present a completed marketing plan as proof of implementation of the course strategies. This plan should detail how the strategies were applied in their marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation Criteria: Refunds are only available to providers who receive less than 10 leads as a result of implementing the strategies taught in the course during the eligible period. The number of leads generated will be a key factor in evaluating the refund request.
Refund Request Process: Requests for refunds under this guarantee must be submitted in writing to hello@participantconnect.com.au. The request should include detailed documentation demonstrating compliance with all the above conditions, including the number of leads generated.
Review and Approval: All refund requests will be subject to review for compliance with these terms and conditions. The decision to approve a refund will be at the sole discretion of the course provider, based on the evidence provided.
