Sky rocket your business with Google Ads and target people who are actively looking for your services right now.
Google is by far the most popular search engine in Australia by market share, with a whopping 94.28% of online searches in Australia being made through Google!
But, did you know that of all the Google Searches made, 94% of people only look on the first page? And almost 63% of people will only click on one of the top 3 results?
What that tells me is that people want quick and convenient answers to their queries, and are not willing to spend much time sifting through all of the different websites available to get it. If you’re not first, you’re last!
Now, another interesting statistic is that every month, there are 49,600 google searches by people looking to find new NDIS providers in their area according to SEMrush.
Yes, that’s right, almost 50,000 searches a MONTH. And if you’re not on the first page, then you may as well not even be on the internet at all!
So, how can I get to the first page, or even the number 1 spot?
There are two ways to get your website to be shown higher than others. The first is improving your organic reach through a long term SEO campaign.
The other way, which will get you to the top immediately is by running a Google AdWords Campaign!
Through Google AdWords alone, Participant Connect has been able to connect hundreds of participants to providers all over the country. Google ads is arguably the absolute most powerful tool there is to Connect with more NDIS Participants.
A Google AdWords Campaign lets you select specific keywords that you want to be on the first page for, and then you pay Google a few dollars of money every time someone actually clicks on your website. This is called CPC or Cost Per Click. The idea is that when someone clicks onto your website, they can learn about your business, and potentially contact you about using your services.
You invest into marketing your business on Google, and use it to connect with participants who can have tens of thousands of dollars in their NDIS funding to spend with your business.
For example, Let’s say you’re a Supported Independent Living provider in Western Sydney. You would tell Google that when someone in Western Sydney types in any of the below keywords, you want your website shown to them:
SIL provider near me
SIL provider western Sydney
Supported living paramatta
NDIS support at home
NDIS provider doing SIL
Supported Independent living company
Etc
A good campaign could have a hundred or more keywords and phrases that people could search and find your website.
But what if there are multiple businesses doing the same services, who all tell Google to show their website for the same keywords as you?
Google will have a bit of an auction for who gets top spot for each keyword (whilst taking into consideration your campaigns Quality Score). The second highest bidder gets second spot, third highest bidder gets third spot etc. When we choose how much we want to bid, we are basically telling Google how many people we want to visit our site. Lets say we bid $2.50 per click, and set a $1000 per month budget on Google Ads. Google will keep showing your ads until you have had 400 website visitors.
That is 400 people on your website, all who are googling keywords specific to your business in your specific location. Why would they be googling those keywords if they weren’t looking for someone just like you? How many of those 400 people could end up leaving their details with you or even call you directly?
And no, those are not outrageous numbers. Those are the average numbers across all of the providers we have worked with so far!
You can see here that for one of our clients, in a 3 week period, had 242 people visit her website, and 133 of those people got in contact with her! And she only paid $683 to Google. How many participants would you be able to take on if 133 interested people reached out to you?
Participant Connect know the NDIS inside and out, and we know how to maximise your Google Ads Campaign make the absolute most of your marketing budget to connect you with the maximum amount of participants who are looking specifically for your services.
